Black and Cream Cocktail Hat

Wavy saucer cocktail hat made with tiger print sinamay (woven straw), adorned with three black fabric flowers. Hat was made by blocking the sinamay on a wooden form and is secured with an elastic band that goes under the hair. One-of-a-kind, handmade hat using traditional millinery techniques.
