Grey Mini Top Hat

Grey wool mini top hat with rose satin hat band, handmade fabric flower, and feathers. Hat was made by blocking the wool over a wooden form and is secured with an elastic band that goes under the hair. One-of-a-kind, handmade hat using traditional millinery techniques.
