Turquoise Cocktail Hat

Turquoise tear drop shape cocktail hat made with  sinamay (woven straw), adorned with a handmade feather flower. Hat was made by blocking the sinamay on a wooden form and is secured with a haircomb. One-of-a-kind, handmade hat using traditional millinery techniques.
