Tye-Dyed Saucer Hat
Saucer hat made from sinamay (woven straw) with custom dyed flower and green duck feathers. Sinamay was tie-dyed by hand using green, navy, yellow, and magenta. Hat is secured with an elastic band that goes under the hair. Hat was made by blocking the straw over a wooden form. One-of-a-kind handmade hat using traditional millinery techniques.

Purple Pillbox
Purple felt pillbox hat with handmade red fabric flower. Hat was made by blocking the felt over a wooden form. Hat can be worn forward at an angle as shown in photos, or centered at the back of the head as Jackie O used to wear her pillbox hats. When worn forward at an angle, hat is secured with an elastic band that goes under the hair. When worn centered at the back of the head, hat is secured with a removable comb that is attached at the front of the hat . One-of-a-kind handmade hat using traditional millinery techniques.
