Blue Bandeau

Blue bandeau made from sinamay (straw), covered in swarovski crystals and adorned with multi-colored velvet flower. Bandeau was made by blocking the base over a wooden form and then hand-draping sinamay on top. One-of-a-kind, handmade hat using traditional millinery techniques.
